With 15 years of marketing experience in a variety of industries from retail to finance to health care, Johanna brings marketing savvy, humor, and boundless creative energy to every project. Johanna was the Marketing Director for Church Communication Network and joined United in Purpose as Marketing Director in October 2010.
Paul Clauson graduated from UCLA in 2005 with a B.A. in political philosophy. Since then, he has worked with several non profit ministries, including Prison Fellowship. A gifted problem-solver, Paul joined the United in Purpose staff in April 2011 and works with the data team to develop solutions for clients who want to leverage data into growth and results. He is currently pursuing his Masters In Divinity. In his free time, he enjoys mentoring and coaching younger boys, and loves football.
Bill Dallas became the CEO of United in Purpose and Pioneer Solutions Consulting after spending 10 years as the founder and CEO of Church Communication Network (CCN), a satellite and Internet communications company serving over 6,000 churches across North America. Bill’s gift for strategic visioning consistently takes clients to the next level and the levels beyond that. He is talented at developing solutions that are innovative, effective, and often unexpected. He is the co-author, with George Barna, of Lessons from San Quentin: Everything I Needed to Know about Life I Learned in Prison. Bill lives in northern California with his wife and daughter.
Thomas Hall is the co-founder of Hall and Brown Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in networking, event planning, production and marketing. Thomas is a gifted networker and strategist who knows how to connect the dots and exceed expectations. He has developed working relationships with major ministries and political groups across the country. He has consulted with such candidates as Newt Gingrich and Todd Akin, producing events, bus tours, and providing strategic planning expertise. Previously, he worked as Associate Director for TheCall and was responsible for the planning, mobilization, and marketing of more than 20 stadium events. Thomas thinks big, and he delivers.
Deborah is a communication specialist whose currency is verbiage. She knows how to tell a client’s story for maximum impact and results, and can transform the roughest draft into finished copy. Deborah oversees projects and partnerships with creativity and relentless attention to detail. A native New Yorker, she lives in the country near Birmingham, Alabama.
Reid Rutherford has more than 34 years of business management, finance and venture capital experience. His signature has been combining new technologies with innovative financing structures to serve unmet needs, and he has founded several successful Silicon Valley finance and technology companies. Reid is a knowledgeable and creative problem-solver who crosses the t’s, dots the i’s, and oversees the big picture. He received an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, Calif. and a BA in Religion and Philosophy from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
